Apply for our financial assistance grant to help with any of your Multiple Sclerosis related medical costs/services. Whether you use this grant for any of the listed items or have a special need for the funds, we have you covered! We know how costly it can be to have an illness such as yours but it is our goal to help you live the best life possible!
Our contributions will be limited to $1,000. Uses of this grant money may include but are not limited to: medication, physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, gym membership, gym equipment, co-pays, etc.
Our Board meets once every month and will decide on grants received prior to then.
